Organisational and Professional Development
OPD supports our colleagues to flourish and deliver our vision "to open the doors of opportunity". We do this through working collaboratively with leaders and teams to diagnose and respond to current and future organisational and individual needs.
We provide a range of development opportunities including workshops, mentoring, coaching, e-learning, and accredited qualifications through staff apprenticeships. We can also work with you to develop bespoke events.
We work with Academic, Research and Professional Services staff, including Technical and Operational colleagues, at all levels across Queen Mary.
